Jackson Hayes – U.S. Complex Communications Advisory, New York City

Specializing in issues management and crisis preparedness, Mr. Hayes designs and executes stakeholder communications programs that help clients anticipate, prepare for, and respond to business-critical challenges. He is an expert at building crisis preparedness programs, conducting simulations and training exercises that instill best practices across client teams.
