Washington, D.C. – April 22, 2025 – DGA Group, an expert-led advisory firm, and its foundational partner Albright Stonebridge Group today announced the appointment of Dr. John Kayode Fayemi, Nitin Prasad, Martin Sklenár, and Muqaddesa Yourish as Senior Advisors, based in Abuja, New Delhi, Bratislava, and Washington, D.C., respectively.
Dr. John Kayode Fayemi, CON, has had a highly distinguished career in foreign affairs, governance, development, security, and political economy, with extensive experience at the global, regional, national, and subnational levels. Dr. Fayemi’s public service includes significant roles such as former Governor of Ekiti State in southwest Nigeria, former Chairperson of the Nigeria Governors’ Forum, and former Minister of Mineral Resources and Steel Development. Most recently, he launched the Amandla Institute for Policy & Leadership Advancement, a pan-African organization dedicated to harnessing effective leadership and policy development for continental transformation and global impact. Dr. Fayemi is currently Visiting Professor, School of Global Affairs at King’s College, London and serves as President of the Forum of Regions of Africa, a pan-African forum of sub-national leaders.

Nitin Prasad is a dynamic business leader with more than two decades of experience across industrial sectors including semiconductors, chemicals, and energy, in regions including the United States, Singapore, and India. In his most recent role as Chairman of Shell Companies in India, he led the company’s energy transition strategy, positioning Shell India as a leader in low-carbon business and driving substantial growth in renewable energy. Mr. Prasad has played a key role in shaping India’s climate policy and decarbonization efforts, co-founding four cross-sector coalitions focused on climate action, including Industry Net Zero, Build Ahead, CCUS, and Mobility. His accomplishments have earned him prestigious accolades, including Fortune’s 40 Under 40 and The Economic Times’ Most Promising Business Leaders of Asia.

Martin Sklenár brings more than 20 years of deep experience in governmental and inter-governmental cooperation within the European security and defense sectors. Mr. Sklenár’s career spans several key positions within both the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic. Most recently, he served as Minister of Defense of the Slovak Republic in 2023. His diplomatic experience includes postings in Brussels and Washington, D.C., where he contributed to strengthening Slovakia’s defense and foreign policy initiatives.

Muqaddesa Yourish brings more than two decades of expertise in public policy, trade, government relations, commercial diplomacy, and strategic communications, with a specialized focus on geopolitical advisory. Throughout her career, Ms. Yourish has held senior government positions and participated in influential policy forums globally. As former Deputy Minister of Trade for Afghanistan, Ms. Yourish was widely recognized for her leadership in private sector development and women’s economic empowerment across Afghanistan and South Asia. Most recently, she served as a visiting professor at the Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University. Ms. Yourish is also the recipient of the Vital Voices Global Leadership Award and the Diane von Fürstenberg Award.
