Yim Wong

    Yim studied French and philosophy at University College London. While in school, Yim became interested in the power of marketing to spread a powerful message for good. She was determined to work in the field of communications and PR when she graduated.

    Yim worked at Finsbury Glover Hering for 13+ years, rising through the ranks, eventually leading the Tech, Media and Telecoms team, advising on M&A, financial and corporate communications, and building out their Digital practice. “While at Finsbury, I worked with an enormous array of corporate clients—from Nando’s to Walgreens, to Burberry.”

  • Pro bono strategic comms adviser

    Yim is passionate about promoting gender and class diversity. She serves as Chair for City & Hackney Maternity Voices Partnership and volunteers with a newly-formed charity advising on increasing creative industry diversity and education, as well as being an active coach and mentor.

  • Chief Digital Officer

    After a long tenure at Finsbury, Yim sought out a new challenge as Chief Digital Officer and Partner at Milltown Partners, an advisory firm working with influential, high-growth companies. “I helped develop and integrate a data–and campaigns-led approach, supported by digital talent across the firm,” explained Yim.

    Yim joined DGA as a Partner, excited to come in on the “ground floor” of this new institution, shortly after the merger of Interel and Albright Stonebridge Group, to infuse the value of branding and fast-paced digital campaigns in the firm’s work. Today, Yim is a strategic communications adviser specializing in digital, working with a range of clients, from media, music, luxury and retail.

    Sarah began her career at Dewey and LeBoeuf, where she advised governments on issues related to international dispute resolution and public international law. She also counseled Arabic-speaking clients on litigation and corporate matters.

    Sarah served as a Legal Consultant for the World Bank, where she drafted and negotiated grant agreements across the MENA region. She also advised governments and functioned as the operational counsel on World Bank lending operations in the region.

  • Entrepreneur

    Following her World Bank tenure, Sarah co-founded and was Principal of Paper Crown Consulting LLC, a strategic advisory firm that provided legal and business counsel to clients seeking to enter foreign markets, with a focus on the Middle East.

    Sarah joined DGA in 2016 as a Senior Director and was promoted to Partner and Practice Manager of the firm’s Middle East and North Africa practice in 2023. She draws on her experience at the intersection of technology, consulting and the law to advise clients with interest in the region on government relations, market entry and expansion, and partner development.

    Charlie started his career at Frederick S. Pardee Center at the Frederick S. Pardee Institute for International Futures, which has a mission to explore, understand, and shape alternative futures of global change and human development. The Institute’s International Futures model is the most sophisticated and comprehensive forecasting modeling system available to the public.

    Charlie continued his career at the Eurasia Group on the Global Markets Advisory Team, working at the intersection of markets and global politics.

    Charlie began working on DGA’s Government Relations team in 2024, helping support client engagements on a wide variety of commercial issues, including healthcare, employment and labor-related disputes.

Fern Duncan

  • Russian Studies

    Fern received her B.A. in Russian Studies from The University of Manchester, with a focus on studying Russian language, history, politics and literature. As an undergraduate, Fern participated in a one-year placement at the Benedict Russian Language school studying linguistics, grammar, culture, politics, film and literature.

  • Public Relations

    Fern supported PR firm Hudson Sandler’s clients with their financial, capital markets, crisis and corporate communications needs, and worked on a number of IPOs.

  • Global Consulting

    As part of FTI Consulting’s Retail & Consumer Industries team, Fern helped brands tell their stories to key stakeholders and manage increasingly scrutinized reputations. She also advised on special situations such as restructuring, administration and refinancing.

    Fern joined DGA in 2021 as a Director and was promoted to Associate Partner in 2023, with a focus on complex communications advisory and media relations.

Jonathan Eigege

    Jonathan grew up in Jos, Nigeria and speaks French and Hausa.

    Jonathan received an M.A. in African Studies and International Economics from the School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) at Johns Hopkins University, and a B.A. in International Relations and Affairs, with a minor in Business, from Calvin University, where he served as Student Body President and now sits on the Board of Trustees.

  • Economic policymaking across Africa

    Jonathan served as a policy researcher at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), where he discovered his passion for Africa’s political economy.This led him to graduate school at Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies, where he was a Graduate Research Assistant with a focus on economic policymaking in key sectors like agriculture, technology, and the creative economy.

  • Associate Partner, Africa Practice

    At DGA-Albright Stonebridge Group, Jonathan advises clients seeking to make transformational investments across Africa. He manages global client mandates in the social impact and technology sectors, and has a keen interest in how technology can be leveraged to drive development.

  • Advising Nigeria’s Federal Ministry of Women’s Affairs

    Recently, Jonathan managed the DGA team supporting Nigeria’s Federal Ministry of Women’s Affairs in the development of a progressive National Women’s Economic Empowerment policy that proposes transformative investments across productive sectors of the economy and leverages tools like technology, intentional public policy, and financial management to drive these outcomes.
