DGA Group Welcomes Philip Gordon, Naveen Jha, and Elizabeth Linder
Washington, D.C. – July 2, 2025 – DGA Group, an expert-led advisory firm, today announced the appointment of Philip Gordon as Senior Counselor, and Naveen Jha and Elizabeth Linder as Senior Advisors, based in Washington, D.C., Bangalore, and London, respectively.
Philip Gordon brings more than three decades of senior experience in U.S. foreign policy, diplomacy, and national security. Most recently, he served as National Security Advisor to Vice President Kamala Harris, where he played a leading role in shaping the administration’s strategic engagement on global affairs. Dr. Gordon has helped shape U.S. foreign policy across multiple administrations, serving as Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs and White House Coordinator for the Middle East under President Barack Obama, and as Director for European Affairs at the National Security Council under President Bill Clinton. Outside of government, Dr. Gordon has held senior fellowships at the Brookings Institution and the Council on Foreign Relations, where his work focused on U.S.-Europe relations, the Middle East, and transatlantic security. He previously served as a Senior Advisor at Albright Stonebridge Group, now part of DGA Group, from 2015 to 2021.

Naveen Jha is a recognized leader in social innovation, education, and institution building, with more than 20 years of experience at the nexus of philanthropy, entrepreneurship, and public policy. As the founding CEO of the Deshpande Foundation in India, Mr. Jha was instrumental in launching large-scale initiatives in education, skill development, and social enterprise. He later established the Deshpande Education Trust and co-founded Sandbox Startups, a platform accelerating impact-driven entrepreneurs. Mr. Jha currently serves as Global Director of the Mehta Family Foundation, where he leads the foundation’s global investments in education, research, and institutional excellence. Mr. Jha has served on multiple advisory boards and has been recognized through fellowships at premier global institutions.

Elizabeth Linder has had a distinguished global career at the intersection of strategic communications, corporate diplomacy, and public policy. She is the Founder and CEO of Brooch Associates, a transatlantic advisory firm supporting senior leaders across the public and private sectors. Previously, Ms. Linder served as Facebook’s first international corporate diplomat, leading engagement with political, governmental, and civil society stakeholders worldwide, including on matters related to national security, geopolitical risk, and platform governance. Earlier in her career, she was part of the founding team at Google/YouTube focused on digital political engagement. Ms. Linder has advised clients in more than 50 countries and currently chairs high-level policy and leadership forums including the St. James’s Roundtable at Chatham House and the Kinross House Meetings in Scotland.
