Andrew Jaques Joins DGA

LONDON – 1 March 2023 — DGA, an elite multidisciplinary advisory firm, today announced Andrew Jaques has joined as a Partner in London. He will be a senior member of the firm’s capital markets advisory offer, helping clients navigate business transformations, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, capital raisings and other complex financial issues.

Mr Jaques has more than 35 years of experience working in the financial services industry, advising boards and management teams of both listed and private companies on their corporate, financial and investor communications. He joins DGA from MHP Group where he was most recently Executive Chair of its capital markets advisory business. Previously, he also served as Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Hogarth and as a corporate broker at global investment banks HSBC James Capel, BZW and Credit Suisse First Boston.
