Deborah Scott

Deborah Scott is the Head of EMEA for DGA Group and a member of the Global Executive Committee.  With 20 years of experience, she is a trusted advisor to boards and senior executives on critical issues facing their organization.

Ms. Scott joined DGA Group in September 2020 having previously worked at FTI Consulting where she advised a number of leading corporates and executives.  She was a member of FTI’s EMEA Executive Committee, the Strategic Communications’ Global Executive Committee, the Diversity & Inclusion Committee and the Corporate Citizenship Committee.  She is passionate about creating a strong entrepreneurial culture where individuals want to work and, as part of her leadership of the business, is responsible for attracting and retaining the best talent across EMEA for DGA.

Prior to working for FTI Consulting, Ms. Scott was an investment banker at NatWest Markets (Bankers Trust) and has a degree in Economics & Politics.  She lives in London and is married with two children.
