Xiang Yang is an Associate Partner at DGA-Albright Stonebridge Group, a founding member of DGA Group, and is based in Shanghai. She utilizes her background in marketing and business journalism to support DGA-ASG’s clients in China with critical research and stakeholder outreach activities.

Ms. Xiang leverages her rich media background to bring a nuanced understanding of 

communication strategies to her role, enhance her capacity to manage stakeholder outreach, and navigate complex networks of government officials, industry associations and key opinion leaders. Her thorough analytical abilities enable her to conduct in-depth research and provide clients with essential insights that drive informed decision-making. 

Most recently, Ms. Xiang worked at CNBC Asia and Reuters Financial TV, where she conducted research as well as assisted in filming and editing. She has also supported media campaigns for clients at the global public relations agency Weber Shandwick. Additionally, she contributed research and reporting to the Bund Pictorial magazine, liaised with foreign journalists at the Shanghai 2010 World Expo Press Center, and assisted in the production of two Chinese language radio programs at Shanghai East Radio.

Ms. Xiang graduated from the School of Journalism at Fudan University in 2012 with a B.A. in communication. She also spent time studying abroad at Georgetown University. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and speaks English.
