Victoria McNish is an associate partner at DGA Group based in London. She specializes in public affairs and integrated communications, with particular expertise advising clients in the financial services, FCMG, and clean transport sectors, as well as on sustainability matters.

With nearly a decade of experience working in consultancy and in Parliament, Ms. McNish has advised a diverse range of organizations on political and public policy matters, from FTSE 250 banks to household retail brands and major trade bodies, helping them enhance their operating environments and protect their reputations. Ms. McNish also has particular expertise in leading high-profile social purpose campaigns that have led to major legislative changes. Her clients have included Paragon Banking Group, Affirm, the John Lewis Partnership, Sainsbury’s, the British Retail Consortium, Jet2.com, and Menzies.

Ms. McNish chaired the prestigious UK Women in Public Affairs Network in 2024 and remains head of commercial partnerships. She was recognized as one of PRWeek’s 30 Under 30 in 2024 and as one of the 100 Women in Westminster in 2025. She received a B.A. in politics from Durham University.
