Toon Diegenant is a Senior Advisor at DGA Group and is based in Brussels. He advises organizations navigating complex stakeholder environments and reputational risk, with particular expertise in institutional positioning, financial and regulatory matters, and strategic communications in highly regulated sectors. 

Mr. Diegenant has more than two decades of experience supporting leadership teams facing sensitive issues involving governments, regulators, investors and media. His work focuses on explaining complex financial or technical realities in politically exposed environments and maintaining trust during periods of uncertainty. As Strategy Director and Senior Advisor at Hill & Knowlton Strategies, he advised international clients on reputation management, stakeholder engagement and crisis situations. Earlier, he served as Head of Communications at UPC Belgium, Cable Europe and as European spokesperson and communications manager for Liberty Global, where he worked on regulatory, technology and market-related communications across multiple markets. 

He is also co-founder of i-propeller, a consultancy focused on sustainability and social innovation, where he led multi-stakeholder projects and helped establish an impact investment fund supporting ventures combining societal impact with financial return. 

Mr. Diegenant holds a Master’s degree in applied economic sciences (financial economics) from KU Leuven and completed executive education on shared value at Harvard Business School. He serves as a board member of Mobiel 21, an organization promoting sustainable mobility.
