Tatiana Torres is an Associate Partner at DGA Group and is based in Washington, DC. With more than 20 years of experience spanning the public, private, non-profit, and philanthropic sectors, she thrives in fast-paced, outcome-driven environments. A passionate advocate, she is committed to amplifying diverse voices at decision-making tables to address pressing global and national challenges.

Ms. Torres has dedicated much of her career to public service, including roles in local and state government and political campaigns, such as three U.S. presidential elections. Most recently, she served as the Sunbelt/West Pod Director for the Biden/Harris and Harris/Walz campaigns at headquarters in Wilmington, Delaware.

Before joining DGA Group, Ms. Torres was Vice President of Public Affairs at SKDKnickerbocker, where she led teams for global, national, and local clients across industries in the public and private sectors.

Widely recognized for her expertise in business, politics, healthcare philanthropy, and civic engagement, Ms. Torres serves on six non-profit boards with regional, national, and global impact. She is an alumna of Leadership Greater Washington’s 2020 class, has been named one of Washington Hispanic’s 100 Most Influential Latinos, and earned a spot on the Washington Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 list.

Ms. Torres holds a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from Montclair State University and an Executive Master’s in Business and Leadership from Georgetown University.
