Simona Kormanikova is an Associate Partner at DGA Group and is based in New York.​ With 12 years of experience, she specializes in helping health and life sciences companies tell their unique stories while navigating moments of chance and the evolving industry landscape.

Ms. Kormanikova is skilled at turning complex concepts into accessible, easy-to-understand messaging and partnering with clients to drive integrated programs that effectively position, promote and protect client reputation at all stages of the life cycle. Most recently, at Real Chemistry, she counseled clients and led account teams to develop and execute multi-stakeholder programs.

Before Real Chemistry, Ms. Kormanikova spent over eight years at FTI Consulting, working with large pharma, mid-size and early biotech, and providers on a wide range of corporate positioning campaigns and new business efforts.
