
Sergiy Tsivkach
Sergiy Tsivkach is a Senior Advisor at DGA-Albright Stonebridge Group, a founding member od DGA Group, and is based in Kyiv. He leverages extensive government and business experience to advise clients on operating in Ukraine.
Most recently, Mr. Tsivkach served as the Chief Executive Officer of UkraineInvest, a government agency for foreign investment promotion. During his tenure, he helped attract billions in foreign direct investment and coordinated with legislators on investment policy, including implementing incentives for significant projects. Previously, he was an advisor to Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal on investment and economic development and served as an advisor on international affairs to former President Leonid Kravchuk and other senior officials in Ukraine and the UK.
From 2016 to 2020, Mr. Tsivkach was Chair of the Board at the Center for Advanced and Strategic Economic Studies International (C.A.S.E.S.), collaborating with the Ukrainian government and international organizations on economic and competition policy. He has also held managing director positions in consulting firms in the UK and Ukraine.
Mr. Tsivkach is frequently quoted in media outlets such as CNN, Foreign Policy, and The New York Times on political and economic issues in Ukraine.
Mr. Tsivkach holds a diploma in EU competition law from King’s College London, an L.L.M in international commercial law from the University of Westminster, and a master’s in EU commercial law from the International Science and Technology University in Kyiv, where he also earned his B.A. in commercial law.
