Sergio Ulloa

Senior Advisor — Albright Stonebridge Group

Dr. Sergio Ulloa is a Senior Advisor at DGA-Albright Stonebridge Group, a founder member of DGA Group, and is based in Mexico City. With over 40 years of experience as a medical specialist in rheumatology, Dr. Ulloa advises health sector clients with a focus on the Americas.

Most recently, Dr. Ulloa was head of Public Affairs, Communications, and Social Responsibility at Merck Sharp & Dohme (MSD) Mexico. Previously, he led various business units at Schering-Plough, including Clinical Research and Business Development.

Dr. Ulloa founded the Mexican Council of Rheumatology and served as President of the Mexican College of Rheumatology. He has held leadership roles on several advisory boards, including the Foundation Board of the Mexican Social Security Institute and as President of the Mexican Association of Applied Research and Technology. He has received numerous honors for his medical research and philanthropic efforts.

Dr. Ulloa holds medical degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), with specialties in basic immunology, internal medicine and rheumatology. He holds an MBA from the Pan American Institute of Top Management (IPADE) in Mexico City and has completed courses at the University of Virginia and INSEAD in Paris.
