
Sarah Alaoui
Sarah Alaoui is an Associate Partner at DGA-Albright Stonebridge Group and is based in Riyadh.
Ms. Alaoui is a Saudi-based multilingual public affairs and communications consultant with over 10 years of experience in the public and private sectors across the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East. Since 2017, she has worked as an independent public affairs strategist in Washington, D.C., and Riyadh, advising clients such as the Royal Commission for Riyadh City and the UAE Ministry of Youth.
Ms. Alaoui served as a director at FGS Global in Riyadh, leading HRH Crown Prince-level communication strategies and managing large-scale international conferences. She also led Saudi private and public sector accounts, developed strategic communications plans, and recruited and managed a diverse team.
Ms. Alaoui has held roles as a visiting researcher at the Center for American Progress, a manager at The Harbour Group, and a project assistant at the National Democratic Institute. She has authored several publications on public diplomacy and Middle Eastern affairs and has been involved in teaching and research at Johns Hopkins SAIS.
She holds a Master of Arts in Public Policy and Administration from Sciences Po Lille and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego. Ms. Alaoui is proficient in English, French, Arabic, and Spanish.
