Richard Trutanic

Richard Trutanic is a Senior Advisor at DGA-Albright Stonebridge Group, a founding member of DGA Group, and is based in California. He brings decades of senior investment experience to his work with clients around the world. 

Mr. Trutanic is currently Chairman and CEO of Somerset & Company, a private investment and asset management firm focused on private equity and alternative investments for institutional and family office clients. Previously, he was a Partner, Senior Managing Director, and member of the Board of Directors of Groupe Arnault S.A, a private investment holding company owning controlling interests in Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy and Christian Dior, and other enterprises in the U.S., Europe, and Asia.

Mr. Trutanic was also previously a Managing Director of the Carlyle Group, a leading global private equity investment firm. He serves as a member of the board of directors of several private companies. He is also a member of the advisory board of several institutional investment funds and is a Trustee of the New York Life MainStay Funds.

Mr. Trutanic earned his graduate degrees in Business and Law from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and Stanford Law School.
