Raphael Delli is a Partner at DGA Group and is based in Brussels. He specializes in EU public affairs, focusing on policy and regulatory frameworks, digital transformation and sustainability. With more than 16years of experience in financial services and advocacy, his expertise includes advising clients in banking, asset and wealth management, insurance, sustainable finance, cryptocurrencies, payments and fraud prevention. He has also worked on EU technology advisory — including cybersecurity, cloud computing, GDPR and AI — as well as financial and sustainability reporting 

Before joining DGA, Mr. Delli was a Partner at BOLDT, where he led advisory services on EU regulations and sustainability. Earlier in his career, he was Head of Representation to the EU for Groupe BPCE/Natixis, a globally systemic important bank (GSIB), advising on political and regulatory developments and engaging with EU institutions. Mr. Delli has also held positions at APCO Worldwide, investment banking, EU associations and in operational consulting, gaining extensive experience in financial services and regulatory implementation.

Mr. Delli holds an M.B.A. from INSEAD and degrees in law and financial markets from Sorbonne University, University Paris II Assas and other French universities. He is a qualified lawyer at the Paris Bar and is fluent in English and French.
