
Pilar Frank O’Leary
Pilar Frank O’Leary is a Senior Advisor in the Social Impact Practice at DGA-Albright Stonebridge Group, a founding member of DGA Group, and is based in Washington, DC. She advises leading foundations and companies on their social impact and partnership strategies in the Americas.
Ms. Frank O’Leary has over 20 years of experience leading global initiatives at Fortune 100 companies and nonprofit institutions. Most recently, Pilar has advised organizations such as Facebook/Meta, the Inter-American Development Bank, CAF Development Bank, the Howard G. Buffett Foundation, the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, Shakira’s Fundación Pies Descalzos, National Geographic Society, the International Women’s Media Foundation, Blackboard, Enterprise Holdings and many other institutions. Previously, she worked in the U.S., Europe and Latin America as a corporate lawyer, business executive and nonprofit director at Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Fannie Mae and other institutions.
Ms. Frank O’Leary was awarded the Order of San Felipe Arcángel (2018) by the Colombian government for helping further the U.S.-Colombia partnership and was knighted as a Dame in the Parte Guelfa order in Italy for her commitment to social impact and sustainability (2023). She is a Senior Advisor at CSIS and is a member of the Meridian International Center’s Global Leadership Council and the Bretton Woods Committee. She serves on several nonprofit boards including the Orchestra of the Americas and Georgetown University Ignatian Circle. She is a graduate of Georgetown University (B.S.) and Georgetown University Law Center (J.D.) and earned a certificate in Sustainability Strategies from Stanford University Business School.
