Patrick Casey
Patrick Casey is a Partner at DGA Group Government Relations and is based in Washington, D.C. With 30 years of legal and political experience, he advises clients on a wide variety of commercial issues, including healthcare, employment and labor-related disputes.
Most recently, Mr. Casey was a law partner at Elliott Greenleaf, where he focused on commercial litigation representing labor unions, businesses, and civic and nonprofit organizations.
In 2014, Mr. Casey was appointed by then-Governor-elect Tom Wolf to serve as a member of the Pennsylvania Insurance Department’s Transition Team. The team was charged with working with agency review heads and the outgoing administration to better understand the issues and challenges facing the executive branch.
Prior to 2011, Mr. Casey founded and managed his own law firm, where he represented clients in product liability, medical malpractice and catastrophic injury cases. In 1998 and 2000, he was the Democratic nominee to represent Pennsylvania’s 10th Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives.
Mr. Casey holds a B.A from College of the Holy Cross and a J.D from Villanova University.
