Noam El Mrabet
Noam El Mrabet is an Associate Partner at DGA Group and is based in Brussels. He advises clients encountering EU rules governing the use and placing on the market of chemicals, materials and products.
With a decade of experience in EU public affairs, Mr. El Mrabet has in-depth policy and regulatory expertise, from chemicals to product and waste legislation. He helps clients identify, anticipate and navigate the relevant rules affecting the use and placement on the market of their products, whether synthesized in labs or extracted from the ground, destined for consumer markets or industrial applications. In addition, Mr. El Mrabet is recognized for his thorough understanding of the EU’s most complex decision-making processes, including secondary legislation procedures such as comitology.
In his current role, Mr. El Mrabet manages a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries, helping them stay ahead of regulatory changes and develop effective advocacy strategies to secure and maintain access to the EU market.
Before joining DGA Group, Mr. El Mrabet gained valuable experience in chemicals management within the European metals industry. He represented the sector in the European Commission’s Expert Group for REACH and CLP (CARACAL), further solidifying his standing as an expert in his field.
Originally from Tangier, Morocco, Mr. El Mrabet studied in Brussels and London before making Brussels his home.
