Nicole Frazier is a Partner at DGA Group Government Relations and is based in the Washington, D.C. office. Ms. Frazier helps companies, nonprofits, and global partners navigate U.S. policy, emerging national security issues, and evolving economic dynamics. Her work spans critical minerals, advanced technologies, public private partnerships, and international affairs.

Prior to joining DGA Group, Ms. Frazier served in the White House as Director of Strategic Partnerships in the Office of Public Liaison and the Office of American Innovation. She previously held senior roles in the U.S. Senate, the Republican National Committee, and private philanthropy, where she led strategic initiatives at a 1.7-billion-dollar private foundation. Across these roles, Ms. Frazier built deep relationships throughout the Trump Administration and Congress, supporting federal, state, and international engagement across technology, economic development, supply chains, and public sector collaboration.

Ms. Frazier mentors at The University of Texas at Austin’s LBJ Women’s Campaign School and serves on the board of Citygate Network. She has been awarded Top Lobbyist by The Hill.
