Nicole Frazier
Nicole Frazier is an Associate Partner at DGA Group Government Relations and is based in Washington, D.C. She brings a unique perspective to Washington, D.C, drawing from her tenure as the highest-ranking African-American Republican woman in the Trump Administration.
With deep relationships across the Trump Administration and Congress, and a wealth of expertise cultivated at DGA Group, along with a $1.7 billion charitable foundation, the U.S. Senate, and the White House, Ms. Frazier connects leaders across the public and private sectors to deliver results, advance policy, and strengthen international alliances. Known for her pragmatic approach, she is experienced in bridging divides to drive effective bipartisan policy solutions.
Ms. Frazier began her career as the National Director of Public Relations at Citygate Network, followed by roles with the Republican National Committee as State Coalitions Director for Colorado, Regional Director for U.S. Senator Cory Gardner, and Senior Vice President at the Daniels Fund.
Her commitment to public service includes appointments by Governor Jared Polis to the Education Leadership Council (ELC) for Colorado and by Mayor Michael B. Hancock to the Denver Judicial Nominating Commission. Internationally, she is a policy fellow with the U.S.-Mexico Foundation’s North Capital Forum and serves as a board member for Citygate Network. She is a mentor at the LBJ Women’s Campaign School at the University of Texas at Austin and a member of both the American Council of Young Political Leaders (ACYPL).
Born in Sierra Leone to American Christian missionaries, Ms. Frazier is a former track and field athlete and a graduate of Cornerstone University. She resides in Washington, D.C., and roots for the Washington Commanders.
