Mieke Offeciers is a Senior Advisor at DGA Group and is based in Brussels.  She assists companies and organizations in defining, anticipating and managing all aspects of their networking needs, including identifying and reviewing business opportunities in public and private sectors, formulating marketing and sales strategies, and creating introductions to key decision makers. 

Mrs. Offeciers is a former Belgian cabinet minister for the Budget. Her experience rests on her career at the VEV (now VOKA), the Flemish representative employers’ organization, where she advised companies in Flanders on a variety of topics. She first served as head of the knowledge center and later as CEO, transforming the organisation into a financially stable, multidisciplinary expert group, and playing a key role in advancing the organisation’s vision on innovation, employment and sustainable development. She also contributed widely to the development of the Flemish administration and connected public services. 

Mrs. Offeciers was a Partner at KPMG, where she co-coordinated the Copernicus project (KPMG/PwC/Accenture) for the modernization of the Belgian federal government, going on to become a Partner at UNISYS Consulting. For almost 20 years, she was a board member at railway infrastructure operator Infrabel and water infrastructure operator De Watergroep. 

Mrs. Offeciers holds an M.A. in law from Antwerp University.
