Kieran O’Keeffe
Kieran O’Keeffe is a Partner at DGA Group and is based in Brussels. As Co-Head of the Brussels office and co-lead of the EU Technology practice, Mr. O’Keeffe helps clients navigate public policy related to cybersecurity, AI, internet platforms and competition in digital markets.
Informed by 20 years of experience in the field, Mr. O’Keeffe provides counsel to multinational companies in managing complex regulatory risk or maximising commercial opportunity. He is an experienced strategist and campaigner with a proven track record of success. He is also a board member of the European Public Affairs Consultancies Association where he works with industry peers to develop high standards of professional ethics.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. O’Keeffe was head of European affairs for the British Chambers of Commerce (BCC) and headed the organisation’s Brussels Office. He began his career as an advisor to a UK member of Parliament and government minister.
A dual citizen of Ireland and the UK, Mr. O’Keeffe has an M.A. in from the University of London (Goldsmiths College) and completed his B.A. in history at the University of Leeds.
