Kasia Colombani
Kasia Colombani is a Partner at DGA Group and is based in Brussels. She co-leads the EU Public Affairs’ Technology practice, informed by almost 15 years of experience in EU tech policy, both from within the EU institutions and the private sector.
Ms. Colombani provides strategic advice to companies and industry coalitions to navigate the policy environment, as well as design and execute advocacy strategies to promote their interests and shape policy outcomes. She has developed a particular expertise in online platforms policy, child safety, intellectual property, consumer and product policy, and the intersection of tech and sustainability policies.
Prior to joining DGA in 2017, Ms. Colombani had served as a Head of Staff for a Member of the European Parliament and then as a public affairs professional at two Brussels-based consultancies, where she successfully led numerous strategic and integrated advocacy and communications campaigns at the EU and national level.
A Polish national, Ms. Colombani has two M.A.s in political science and communications from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poland and Centre Européen Universitaire de Nancy in France. For several years, she was also a visiting lecturer on the theory and practice of European lobbying at the Université Paris Dauphine.
