Karolina Sobkowicz is an Associate Partner at DGA Group and is based in Paris. She is leading the French tech practice and oversees the development and the implementation of innovative influence strategies to support her clients navigate in a highly regulated environment, create market opportunities and run campaigns to strengthen their reputation in France.

Ms. Sobkowicz specializes in tech and digital sectors, particularly in IT, online platforms, e-commerce, tourism, cloud, cybersecurity and audiovisual. She works closely with her clients to preserve their freedom to operate and leverage all potential opportunities, including those in the B2G sector. She also manages several multimarket clients for which she utilizes her coordination skills to develop transversal strategies. 

Prior to joining DGA Group, Ms. Sobkowicz was a civil servant and worked for the General Secretariat of European Affairs (SGAE), a Prime Minister’s service coordinating the French positions within the European institutions. Then, she spent five years in the French Ministry of Culture and Media in the European Affairs’ office as an expert in audiovisual and digital issues. 

Ms. Sobkowicz holds European and international law degrees from the Sorbonne and Paris XI. In addition to English and French, she speaks Polish fluently.
