Julie E. Cooper
Julie Cooper is a Partner at DGA Group and is based in both London and Brussels. She is part of the leadership team for the Health & Life Sciences practice. Her expertise includes public affairs, government relations, healthcare regulation and policy, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and alliance and coalition development.
With more than 25 years of experience in health policy, regulation and public affairs, Ms. Cooper provides strategic and operational leadership to health-related clients in support of new product launches, market access, market seeding and development, clinical and patient advocacy, coalition building, health equity and disease awareness. She ran the DGA (former IGP) Global Health Partner Network and served as health-sector chair for PROI, a global network of best in-market PR and communications agencies. Her professional experience includes working in the U.S. Congress, UK Houses of Parliament, the European Commission and the UK National Health Service (NHS).
Ms. Cooper was awarded EU Consultant of the Year in 2019 and is ranked in BestinBrussels.eu as a top EU consultant.
Ms. Cooper has a B.S. in public affairs from the Paul O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University and an M.S. in regulation from the London School of Economics.
