Juliana Rordorf is a Senior Director at DGA-Albright Stonebridge Group, a founding member of DGA Group, and is based in Washington DC. She advises clients in the firm’s Middle East & North Africa practice on government relations, market entry and expansion, and the policy and regulatory dynamics shaping investment decisions in the Gulf. 

Ms. Rordorf works with multinational companies, sovereign-affiliated entities, and investors navigating complex operating environments across the Middle East & North Africa, particularly in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. Having lived, worked, and studied in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Oman, she brings on-the-ground regional experience to her client work. Her focus is on helping clients align commercial strategy with national policy priorities, engage effectively with public sector stakeholders, and anticipate regulatory and geopolitical developments. She leads multidisciplinary teams delivering market assessments, stakeholder mapping, and engagement strategies, and provides senior executives with clear, actionable insights into how policy changes affect business operations and growth. Her expertise spans sectors including technology, healthcare, education, and industrials, specializing in economic reform, investment frameworks, and technology policy in the region. 

Prior to joining DGA-Albright Stonebridge Group, Ms. Rordorf held roles at Bloomberg LP, the ACLU, and the Biden-Harris Presidential Transition. 

Ms. Rordorf received a B.A. in Islamic studies and Arabic from New York University and an M.A. in political economy and the Gulf from The Fletcher School at Tufts University.
