Jordi Bacardit is an Associate Partner at DGA Group and is based in Brussels. He has 15 years of experience specializing in public affairs and policy, with a strong focus on mobility. Before joining DGA, Mr. Bacardit led market access strategies for TIER in Spain, Greece, Portugal, and Israel, and spearheaded impactful public affairs and communications campaigns across Europe for the shared micromobility provider. He has also provided strategic counsel to blue-chip companies across various sectors, including mobility.

Mr. Bacardit’s expertise spans both the corporate and public sectors, particularly in the automotive, aviation, maritime, bicycle, and biofuel sectors. He has a background in advocacy efforts for governments, political parties, and close collaboration with Members of the European Parliament and parliamentary groups. He has advised on complex legislative and regulatory frameworks, particularly in the areas of transport and sustainability, ensuring alignment with evolving EU policy trends.

Mr. Bacardit holds an M.B.A. from Pompeu Fabra University and a Master’s in European Political Communications from Université Paris XII. He is fluent in Catalan, Spanish, English, and French, with intermediate proficiency in Dutch.
