John Russell is a Partner at the DGA Group and is based in Washington, D.C. He specializes in nuanced strategies creating opportunities and addressing challenges before the US government.    

Mr. Russell brings more than two decades of experience in and out of government.  A veteran of a Speaker’s and a Majority Whip office, and having served as Chief of Staff, his private sector representation includes leading and dynamic companies in healthcare, energy, sovereigns, manufacturing, gaming, mobility and municipalities. He has been awarded The Hill’s Top Lobbyist multiple times.

A native of Los Angeles, Mr. Russell holds a B.A. from Kenyon College.
