Jessica B. Kuntz
Jessica Kuntz is an Associate Partner at DGA-Albright Stonebridge Group and is based in Pittsburgh. She advises global clients on emerging technology policy, with a specialization in AI regulation and governance.
Prior to joining DGA-ASG, Ms. Kuntz worked as the Policy Director at the University of Pittsburgh Institute for Cyber Law, Policy, and Security. She previously served as a Foreign Service Officer at the U.S. Department of State, with assignments in Tel Aviv, London, the U.S. Mission to the United Nations and the Bureau of International Organization Affairs. During her tenure with the State Department, she worked on immigration, sustainable development and multilateral coordination. Her writing has been published in various media outlets and think tanks, including CNN, Tech Policy Press and The Los Angeles Times.
Ms. Kuntz holds degrees from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and the University of Pittsburgh. She is an alumna of the Fulbright (Croatia) and Boren (Bosnia and Herzegovina) fellowship programs. She speaks Hebrew and Brazilian Portuguese.
