Humza Vanderman is a Partner at DGA Group and is based in London. He has significant experience working on some of the most high-profile and complex corporate situations over the last 15 years both in London and Southeast Asia. 

Mr. Vanderman has significant experience advising on high-profile transactions including global M&A, public to privates, IPOs and restructurings, representing corporates as well as private equity and global pension funds. He has also worked on many complex reputation building campaigns and corporate crises, including cyber breaches, regulatory matters and sensitive legal issues. He leads teams to develop and execute integrated communications and engagement plans across stakeholder groups to deliver strategic objectives for clients.

Prior to joining DGA Group, Mr. Vanderman worked at another global strategic communications firm for over a decade, predominantly based in London while also spending three years in Singapore. Mr. Vanderman began his career on the management graduate scheme at Fujitsu. 

Mr. Vanderman holds a B.A. (Hons) from the University of Nottingham in Geography and Business Management.
