Heiko Weiss is a Partner at DGA Group based in Berlin. He specializes in public affairs and government relations, guiding companies and associations through political and regulatory challenges, and leads the Berlin office and German operations of DGA Group for both business development and client consultancy.

With almost 30 years of professional experience in the public affairs industry in Bonn and Berlin, Mr. Weiss’s areas of expertise include financial services, defense and security, telecommunications, as well as energy, environmental and sustainability policy. His main area of focus is the development and implementation of public affairs strategies and political reputation campaigns.

Prior to joining DGA Group in 2020, Mr. Weiss held positions as Director, Vice President and Senior Consultant in public affairs at several consultancy firms, including AdvicePartners, FleishmanHillard Germany and IPA Network International Public Affairs. He also held a senior management position in public affairs at Deutsche Bank.

Mr. Weiss holds an M.A. in international political economy from the University of Warwick and an M.S. in economics from the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität in Bonn.
