Francine Lamoriello

Francine Lamoriello is a Senior Advisor at DGA-Albright Stonebridge Group, a founding member of DGA Group, and is based in Washington, DC. She is a recognized leader in international trade and regulatory policy, with a distinguished career overseeing U.S. and global advocacy programs.  

Ms. Lamoriello most recently served as Executive Vice President for Global Strategies at the Personal Care Products Council (PCPC), where she spearheaded industry efforts to align global regulatory policies and to address trade barriers affecting the $600 billion cosmetics and personal care products sector. She led a coalition of over forty international industry associations to develop global industry best practices and developed advocacy strategies for free trade agreements; regulatory reform measures; chemicals policies; environmental regulations; and other issues. Prior to joining PCPC, she held positions at Baker, Donelson, PC and KPMG Peat Marwick, where she advised a diverse range of clients on international business strategy and trade policy; and at the U.S. Department of Commerce and on Capitol Hill.    

She holds a Master of Arts degree in International Economics/West European Affairs from Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Comparative Governments and History from Georgetown University. She serves on the Board of the Institute for the Study of Diplomacy in Washington, D.C. and is the President of Impact100 DC, a leading women’s philanthropic organization.
