Deborah Scott is a Partner at DGA Group and is based in London.  With 20 years of experience, she serves as the Head of UK and EMEA, and is a trusted advisor to boards and senior executives on critical issues facing their organization.

Mrs. Scott is passionate about creating a strong entrepreneurial and diverse culture, where individuals want to work. As part of her leadership of the business, she is responsible for attracting and retaining the best talent across EMEA for DGA.  Prior to joining DGA Group she worked as an investment banker at NatWest Markets, and for FTI Consulting in strategic communications advisory, leading teams on capital markets, issues management, crisis and corporate reputation advisory.

Mrs. Scott has a B.S. in Economics & Politics from Exeter University, is FCA qualified for investment banking and has undertaken leadership training at Harvard Business School.  She lives in South West London, is a hockey umpire and is married with two children.
