Chris Kettmann is a Partner at DGA Group and is based in Chicago. He specializes in capital markets communications, including investor relations, transactions, new public listings, bankruptcies and restructurings, and shareholder activism. 

Mr. Kettmann has considerable experience working on initial public offerings and SPACs, domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, and contested proxy campaigns. He has also served as interim in-house investor relations officer, as well as the head of corporate communications, for several clients.

Throughout his 20-plus years in the financial communications industry, Mr. Kettmann has advised the C-suite and communications leaders at public and private companies of all sizes and geographies on developing and executing comprehensive, strategic communications and engagement programs. His clients have spanned a variety of sectors, with a particular focus on companies in the industrials and infrastructure, energy and natural resources, and technology and telecom industries. Mr. Kettmann joined DGA Group from Lincoln Churchill Advisors, a Chicago-based strategic communications firm that he co-founded.

Mr. Kettmann received a B.A. in finance from Loras College. He is a fellow of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and currently sits on the board of directors of the NIRI Virtual Chapter.
