Bipul Kiran Singh is a Senior Advisor at DGA Group and is based in New Delhi. With over 30 years assisting multinational and Indian corporations effectively engage with different constituencies within India, he specializes in crisis and issues management, guiding clients through complex situations including regulatory processes, business disruptions, labor unrest and factory closures.

Previously, Mr. Kiran Singh was a senior leader at 9.9 Insights, which formally joined DGA Group in 2024, providing clients across a broad range of sectors with seamless support in India, the U.S., and throughout South Asia.

Prior to this, Mr. Kiran Singh served as the Chief Executive Officer of Torque Communications, a communications consulting firm he helped found. He also served as General Manager at the Indian communications agency Rediffusion–DY&R, where he led a successful multi-year advocacy campaign of the domestic spirits industry to maintain tariff levels on imported spirits. Earlier in his career, he headed the New Delhi office of Genesis PR (now Genesis Burson-Marsteller), where he assisted a campaign for the Indian automobile industry on environmental regulations, leading to the development of a clear emissions roadmap for the industry.

Prior to his private sector service, Mr. Kiran Singh was an Officer for the Indian Information Service of the Government of India, where he was responsible for handling media relations for the Information & Broadcasting Ministry, and then later for the Urban Development Ministry.

Mr. Kiran Singh earned his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) in Bangalore and trained at the Indian Institute of Mass Communications (IIMC) in New Delhi. He speaks English and Hindi.
