
Austen Josephs
Austen Josephs is an associate partner at DGA Group, based in London. He is a seasoned investigator and strategic consultant with extensive experience in complex cross-border matters involving business intelligence, risk advisory, and dispute resolution.
Mr. Josephs advises senior executives, boards, and legal counsel on high-stakes disputes and risk-related issues. His expertise includes investigative due diligence, litigation and arbitration support, asset tracing, and enforcement. Before joining DGA Group in 2023, he spent a decade at leading business intelligence boutique Alaco Limited, where he led the Middle East practice. With over 20 years of experience in the region, he possesses deep knowledge of its political and commercial landscape. He began his career at a leading media network in the Gulf States, producing current affairs programs and documentaries.
Mr. Josephs holds an M.A. in law and diplomacy from the Fletcher School at Tufts University and both a B.A. and M.A. in classics from University College, University of Oxford. He is proficient in Arabic and holds a diploma in modern standard Arabic from the School of Oriental and African Studies at the University of London. He is a former trustee of Iyengar Yoga London, where he provided governance, strategic oversight, and financial guidance to the UK’s leading Iyengar yoga center.
