Anthony Cino
Anthony Cino is a Partner at DGA-Albright Stonebridge Group, a founding member of DGA Group, and is based in Washington, D.C. He is part of the leadership team for the Health and Life Sciences practice, bringing two decades of experience working in the government and private sector.
Mr. Cino advises clients in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical technology, diagnostic, life science and non-profit sectors on a range of international regulatory, market access, intellectual property and other complex policy matters. His expertise includes government affairs, strategic planning, messaging, and partnership and alliance development.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Cino was an Associate Vice President for International Affairs at the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA). While at PhRMA, Mr. Cino led government affairs and partnership activity in China, Southeast Asia and New Zealand.
Mr. Cino has also served at the U.S. Department of Commerce’s International Trade Administration (ITA), where he worked to maximize market access for U.S. healthcare companies in China. During his tenure at ITA, Mr. Cino served at the U.S. Embassy in Beijing, and as ITA’s working-level lead on two major bilateral dialogues, the U.S.-China Strategic and Economic Dialogue and the Joint Commission on Commerce and Trade. Prior to his time in government, Mr. Cino was an Analyst in New York for an energy-oriented private equity firm.
Mr. Cino completed his M.A. in international affairs with a focus on East Asia at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and holds a B.A. in international studies and economic theory from American University.
