Alexis L. Serfaty

Alexis Serfaty is an Associate Partner at DGA-Albright Stonebridge Group, a founding member of DGA Group, and is based in Washington, DC. In this role, he assists clients in navigating complex geopolitical and regulatory matters worldwide, particularly in areas related to artificial intelligence, network infrastructure investment, and global supply chains. 

Mr. Serfaty is a seasoned expert in international trade and technology policy, with nearly 20 years of experience advising Fortune 50 companies and governments globally on geopolitical risk, digital networks, and global technology supply chains.  

As the Director of Eurasia Group’s Geo-Technology Practice, Mr. Serfaty served as a strategic adviser to global corporations and investors in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications sectors on their most pressing macroeconomic and geopolitical risks. Previously, Mr. Serfaty co-managed the North America business of a leading advisory consulting firm, running advocacy campaigns for US technology and telecommunications companies in the Middle East and South Asia.  

Mr. Serfaty has also served as an advisor to the Assistant Secretary of Transportation for International Affairs. In this role, he collaborated with senior leadership across the U.S. government to develop and implement large-scale, multi-stakeholder economic programs that supported White House trade and technology initiatives. 

Mr. Serfaty has lived and worked in Abu Dhabi, Brussels, Paris, and Washington. A fluent French speaker, Mr. Serfaty holds a master’s degree in political science from Sciences Po Paris, a bachelor’s degree in history from the College of William and Mary, and a certification in cybersecurity risk management from Harvard University.
