Susan Feilding is Chief Financial Officer at DGA Group and is based in London.

Ms. Feilding has spent her career enabling top tier professional services firms to achieve stand out performance and resilience through sustainable growth. Prior to DGA Group, she was Chief Financial Officer – Europe and Asia Pacific for LEK Consulting. She commenced her career with EY.

Ms. Feilding has an impressive track record of driving profitability, implementing transformation programmes, building high performance teams, overseeing systems migrations and leading process improvement. Her experience spans Australia, Asia, Europe and Canada.

She is a 25-year member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand and a past recipient of the Chief Executive Women INSEAD Scholarship in recognition of outstanding leadership potential.

Ms. Feilding holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland, and graduated summa cum laude with an Executive Masters of Business Administration at the University of New South Wales.
