Riaz Adamjee is a Partner at DGA Group. He advises clients in strategy, implementation, operations, technology and governance with expertise in large complex multinational projects. He oversees the operations of the firm’s Health Solutions work.

Previously, Mr. Adamjee was Director at Harvard Medical International (HMI), where he advised major medical institutions around the world on strategy, operations, technology, implementation and business development, all with a focus on improving health care outcomes. He oversaw all operations for the collaboration between Dubai HealthCare City and HMI, which included the design, development and oversight of a primary, secondary, tertiary and quaternary care healthcare system with the close integration of the clinical, education and research components. He also oversaw operations for the collaboration between Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) and Partners International which included assisting HMC with decentralization and quality improvement.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Adamjee served as a management consultant where he advised Fortune 500, mid-size, startup and non-profit companies on growth strategies, program delivery, operations, technology and change management. Most recently, he was a Senior Client Partner with Revenue Architects and earlier in his career, served as the Boston Operations and Delivery Manager (General Manager) for Viant, Inc. and a Managing Associate with CSC Index.

He received an M.S. degree in Management from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from MIT.
