Raphaël Delli is a Partner at DGA Group and is based in the Brussels office.

As the financial services lead in the EU Public Affairs practice, Mr. Delli advises clients throughout the financial services sector, with particular expertise in policy and regulatory frameworks, digital transformation, and sustainability.

Mr. Delli’s background includes both consultancy and in-house roles, notably serving as Partner at Boldt Partners, a pan-European communications consultancy, and Head of EU Representation for BPCE Group, a multinational bank and asset manager. He has been a member of numerous EU and international associations, including the EU Ecolabelling Board, enhancing his ability to drive impactful change within the sector.

Mr. Delli’s knowledge spans a wide range of intersecting policy issues, including digitalization, artificial intelligence, financial reporting, sustainability and data protection. He has spearheaded external engagements and advocacy efforts across various areas of financial services, such as open finance, payments, cybersecurity & cloud services, AML/compliance, market infrastructures, asset & wealth management, corporate & investment banking, retail banking and insurance.

Mr. Delli began his career as a lawyer in Paris before working in securitisation at ING, in Brussels. He then moved into the world of EU affairs as senior advisor for the European Savings Banks Association before graduating with an MBA from INSEAD in Singapore.

Mr. Delli also holds a law degree from Paris bar and a master’s degree from Sciences Po Paris. He is fluent in English and French, and conversational in Spanish.
