Melissa Kresse

Melissa Kresse is the Chief Content Officer and a member of the Executive Committee of DGA Group.

Formerly, Ms. Kresse was a Managing Director and served as both Global and Americas Chief of Staff for the Strategic Communications segment of FTI Consulting.  In her role as Chief of Staff, Ms. Kresse helped formulate and realize an overarching business strategy, led a number of key initiatives, oversaw marketing & communications, and supported the integration of 10 acquisitions into the business.

On the client side, Ms. Kresse’s expertise is in developing communications and engagement strategies for companies and organizations operating in highly regulated industries. She has extensive experience guiding companies through significant moments of change and risk, including executive transitions, litigation and investigations.
