Lauren Ronayne is the Chief Talent Officer at DGA Group, where she oversees global human resources and compliance, talent acquisition, employee relations, immigration, benefits administration, performance management, training and professional development and employee transitions.

Previously, Ms. Ronayne was Vice President of Human Resources at Albright Stonebridge Group, part of DGA Group. She also worked at Partners Capital Investment Group in Boston as Head of U.S. Human Resources.

Ms. Ronayne has also served as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at AgustaWestland Philadelphia Corporation, where she developed and managed all human resources policies, procedures, development, and training for employees in both in the United States and abroad. Additionally, Ms. Ronayne was the Export Compliance Officer and Internal Auditor at Azimuth Incorporated, where she managed and implemented the firm’s compliance program. Ms. Ronayne began her career as a Human Resources Coordinator at Alenia North America.

Ms. Ronayne is certified as a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), a Strategic Human Resources Business Partner (sHRBP), a member of the Society of Human Resources Management, and is certified in advanced employment law and compliance.

She earned an M.A. in Human Resource Management from Georgetown University and a B.A. in Political Science from West Virginia University.
