Lauren Ronayne is the Chief Talent Officer at DGA Group and is based in Pittsburgh. She oversees global human resources and compliance, talent acquisition, employee relations, immigration, benefits administration, performance management, training and professional development, and employee transitions.

Ms. Ronayne brings almost 20 years of experience in human resources. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Human Resources at DGA-Albright Stonebridge Group, a founding member of the DGA Group. She has also held positions at Partners Capital Investment Group in Boston as Head of U.S. Human Resources, Senior Human Resources Generalist at AgustaWestland Philadelphia Corporation, and Compliance Officer and Internal Auditor at Azimuth Incorporated. She began her career as a Human Resources Coordinator at Alenia North America.

Ms. Ronayne earned an M.A. in human resource management from Georgetown University and a B.A. in political science from West Virginia University. She is certified as a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), a member of the Society of Human Resources Management, and is certified in advanced employment law and compliance.
