Katherine Morgan is Europe Head of Public Affairs and a Partner in the London office. She specializes in advising institutions from banks to private equity and investment funds. She also provides senior strategic counsel to a range of organizations from international corporations to FTSE 250 companies, trade bodies and charities. A leading campaigner and a specialist in taxation and regulatory issues, she has secured a number of major legislative changes in the U.K.

Ms. Morgan has over ten years of experience in public affairs consultancy. Prior to that she was a “fast stream” entrant to the U.K. civil service and worked at a senior level in the U.K. Treasury, including as the private secretary to a Government Minister. She also spent time working at the European Commission.

Ms. Morgan has been awarded ‘Consultant of the Year’ by the PRCA and spearheaded a campaign that won PR Week’s 2018 ‘Public Affairs Campaign of the Year’, the PRCA ‘Campaign of the Year’ and the CIPR ‘Public Affairs Campaign’ award in 2019.
