Jonathon Brill is a Partner at DGA Group and is based in London. He has more than 35 years of experience in advising companies and individuals on protecting, positioning and promoting their reputations. 

Along with providing ongoing multistakeholder communications advice, with a particular focus on financial communications and investor relations, Mr. Brill has expertise in IPOs and fundraisings, restructurings, private equity transactions and M&A. He has also provided wide ranging issues management and crisis planning for clients in the retail and leisure sectors. 

In addition, Mr. Brill is one of the country’s leading advisers on business of sport transactions and issues, advising numerous Premier League club transactions as well as major sports bodies.

Prior to DGA Group, Mr. Brill was a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting, where he spent 17 years building and leading the firm’s leading retail and consumer industries sector practice in the UK.
