Heather Klink is General Counsel and a member of the Executive Committee of DGA Group. With more than 25 years’ experience in senior in-house positions and in private practice, she oversees all aspects of legal, risk management, ethics and compliance for the firm.

Previously, Ms. Klink served as Deputy General Counsel for 13 years at FTI Consulting, managing the legal function at this global consulting firm.

Prior to FTI, Ms. Klink spent a decade in DLA Piper’s Corporate & Bankruptcy practices, handling distressed and non-distressed merger and acquisition transactions, Chapter 11 reorganizations and bankruptcy litigation for various clients.

Ms. Klink began her legal career clerking for The Honorable Duncan W. Keir in United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Maryland.

Ms. Klink earned her bachelor’s degree from Johns Hopkins University and obtained her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Notre Dame of Maryland University and The Avalon Foundation.
