Harald Kinzler is a Partner at DGA Group and is based in London. As an ex-investment banker and senior communications advisor since 2012, he is an expert in financial communications and investor relations (IR).

Mr. Kinzler’s main area of focus is publicly-listed companies going through major transformations, or companies going public. He is a specialist in complex equity capital market and cross-border M&A transactions (including SPACs) as well as dual-track processes, investor relations and financial, corporate, and crisis communications.

Mr. Kinzler spent 15 years in the investment banking industry in London and New York, starting as an economist at Lehman Brothers and moving through a range of roles in the equities business, including Equity Sales in Germany and Research Analyst in the Utilities sector. He later worked as Head of Corporate Broking at Berenberg Bank in London. Before joining DGA Group in 2021, Mr. Kinzler spent nearly 10 years at two other strategic communications consultancies in London and Frankfurt.

Mr. Kinzler holds M.S. degrees in economics from both the University of Saarbrücken and the London School of Economics and Political Science.
