Emmanuelle Hervé is a Partner at DGA Group and is based in Paris. With more than 20 years of experience, she is renowned for her ability to navigate organizations and their leaders during complex, high-stakes situations. 

Ms.  Hervé is the founder and CEO of EH&A, a consultancy renowned for its crisis management and crisis communication services that joined DGA Group in late 2024.  

Trained as an engineer, Ms. Hervé’s career began with a series of international postings, starting in India in 1994, followed by managing industrial projects in Lebanon. She later joined DuPont de Nemours in 1998, where she focused on developing the MENA market, working extensively across Jordan, Egypt, Turkey, Africa, the UAE, Iran, and the U.S. 

Returning to France in 2006, Ms. Hervé transitioned to crisis management with MGVM, launching her career in crisis management. Since then, she has helped numerous companies strengthen their crisis preparedness and long-term resilience strategies. In 2015, she founded EH&A, where her deep understanding of geopolitical challenges and experience in managing crises have positioned her as a leading figure in the field. 

Ms. Hervé holds prominent roles in several organizations. She serves as President of the Association Française de Normalisation, the Paris-based standards organization, and leads the International Organization for Standardization’s international committees on online reputation. She is a field expert for the United Nations Industrial Development Organization and an active member of the CIAN Security Committee. She is also involved with France’s risk management association AMRAE, the Franco-British Chamber of Commerce, and MEDEF Paris, the French business confederation. She trains professionals at CISIA, the defense industry’s security training center, and served as a lecturer at the Institute of Higher National Defense Studies for several years. 

Since 2018, Ms. Hervé has served as a reserve officer in the French Navy, where she is committed to fostering collaboration between civilian and military sectors.
