Edward Reilly is Chief Executive Officer of DGA Group. A nationally-recognized communications strategist and people-focused business leader, Mr. Reilly has spent his career at the intersection of public policy, capital markets and corporate reputation.

Most recently, Mr. Reilly has served as a Senior Advisor at Dentons, the world’s largest law firm, counseling clients that are facing key moments of enterprise risk or opportunity.

Previously, Mr. Reilly served as Global CEO of the strategic communications division of FTI Consulting, a global advisory firm. During his 7-year tenure, Mr. Reilly oversaw 34 offices across a global network, led the integration of 10 acquisitions, and greatly expanded the firm’s service offerings. Before becoming CEO, Mr. Reilly served as the division’s President and CEO in the Americas. He was also head of the division’s Strategy Consulting & Research practice, a specialized offering focused on solving communications challenges through research, analysis and strategic consulting.

Before joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Reilly was founder and CEO of Westhill Partners, a leading communications consulting firm that was acquired by Financial Dynamics (subsequently acquired by FTI Consulting in 2006). He also previously served as Vice Chairman of BSMG Worldwide (now Weber Shandwick) and CEO of KRC Research, the market research division of Bozell Worldwide (now IPG).

Mr. Reilly has an extensive track record as a campaign strategist to prominent policymakers in the U.S. and throughout Latin America, including Colombia, Bolivia, Chile and Peru. Early in his career, Mr. Reilly held several senior positions in the public sector, including as the Director of Policy to the Governor of Massachusetts and as the Undersecretary of Environmental Affairs in Massachusetts.

Mr. Reilly combines this diverse background of corporate leadership, strategic counsel, issues management, attitudinal and market research, and campaign coordination to provide holistic advice to senior leaders and boards of directors regarding complex issues to protect their business’ ‘permission to operate’, navigate public disclosures and transactions, as well as manage their reputation.
