Benita Lipps
Benita Lipps is a Partner at DGA Group and is based in Brussels. She leads DGA’s Association Management practice, specializing in supporting international associations and nonprofit organizations through strategic advice and effective organizational leadership.
With over two decades of experience in the international nonprofit sector, Ms. Lipps is a vital resource for social impact organizations aiming to maximize their work within Europe. Her expertise lies in aligning strategy, business models and membership policies with legal requirements to ensure maximum impact and excellence in execution. She has been instrumental in redesigning the traditional European association management model to offer agile and sophisticated support.
Ms. Lipps has served on the boards of ESAE and ELSA Alumni, and has headed the secretariats of various European associations, including Active House International, CSC and ISPO. Additionally, she has spearheaded the creation of associations like All.Can International and ENRIO. As an independent expert, Ms. Lipps has reviewed nonprofit strategies, business models, and funding projects for associations and the European Commission. Her strategic counsel is sought after for her deep insights into nonprofit dynamics and her ability to transform diverse member needs into actionable strategies.
Ms. Lipps’s career is marked by her passion for nonprofit innovation and design thinking.
